Cornwall Central School District

* This portion is only to be followed if your child will be attending private school.*

Beginning September 2024, all families entering private school who reside within the Cornwall Central School District will be required to register their child/ren with the school district. 

Please follow the links and see the list below of required documents to register your child 

• Online Pre Registration - create a new user account on the top left of the page
• Birth Certificate
• Two (2) current proofs of residency - Mortgage Statement/ Tax Bill and Utility Bill or Lease and Utility Bill

All of the above documents can be submitted to the Central Registrar via email or fax. Please submit everything together as missing or incomplete paperwork will delay the registration process.
